We produce seamless or welded fittings made from tube, with dimensions and tolerances in accordance with ASME/ANSI B16.9 and EN 10253-4 (DIN 2615), or machined from forgings produced by Italian forges to ASTM, ASME, ANSI, and UNI manufacturing standards.
Production of fittings for the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Energy sectors. The company specializes in manufacturing fittings for the Oil & Gas industry, made in Italy using both hot and cold forming processes. The fittings are produced starting from high‑quality tubes or from forged semifinished products supplied by certified steelworks with which there has been long‑standing cooperation, ensuring full traceability and the quality of the raw materials.
The production process begins with cutting the tube to size, followed by a shaping phase that may involve: - Cold mechanical forming using high‑precision dies and presses. - Machining from forgings using dedicated machine tools, ideal for complex geometries or parts of particular size.
We produce TEES, CROSSES, ELBOWS, and REDUCERS, as well as special components to drawing, such as Target Tees, Cushion Tees, and other customized geometries, including small batches.
All fittings undergo heat treatment in an in‑house furnace to guarantee the mechanical properties required by the customer’s technical specifications or by regulatory standards.
At the end of the treatment, each piece is subjected to rigorous quality control that includes: - Dimensional inspection. - Non‑destructive testing (NDT), if required. - Material certification (MTC 3.1 / 3.2). - Additional tests according to specification.
All products comply with international standards ASTM, ASME, ANSI, and UNI, and components can also be produced to the customer’s technical specification or drawing.
