Alloy A286 INCOLOY® A286 is an iron- nickel – chromium alloy with added molybdenum, titanium, and vanadium, designed to be precipitation hardenable. This alloy offers high mechanical properties and oxidation resistance up to 700°C (1300°F).

Solution annealing: 1800°F (980°C), rapid cooling in air.
Aging: 1325°F (720°C) for 16 hours, followed by air cooling.
