Material Description:

Grade 1.4435 is an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel with good corrosion resistance in marine environments and salt solutions. It also has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion in corrosive environments. It is primarily used in applications requiring good corrosion resistance, such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries.
