Material Description:
1.4435 is an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel with good resistance to corrosion in marine environments and salt solutions. It also has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion in a corrosive environment. It is mainly used in applications where good corrosion resistance is required, such as in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical and naval industries.
