1.4429 / AISI 316LN steel is an austenitic stainless steel based on chromium , nickel and molybdenum, enriched with nitrogen to further improve:
• Microstructural stability.
• Corrosion resistance (especially against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking).
• Mechanical properties (thanks to the strengthening effect of nitrogen).
It is an improved quality compared to traditional 316/316L, with low magnetic permeability and excellent performance even in aggressive environments.
